There is going to be matriculation for all students offered scholarship for the year 2003 on the 4th jan.2003. The venue will be E.N.T auditorium(KATH),by 9am prompt. FOSPA conference:
There is going to be a megga conference for prempeh college in their third term before the current year finalists finish on the theme"HIV/AIDS,CAUSES AND PREVENTION", come to meeting this 12th jan 2003 and let's all discuss how best we can organize it.
FOSPA DINNER!!
There is going to special dinner in january 2003 at one of the finest hotels in Kumasi!.Do you want to know it? then come for meeting.There is going to be elections on that day for our new executives for the year 2003.

The NGO is looking for sponsorship to carry out their programs.Some of our activities are:

GENERAL MEETINGS
During the 2nd sunday of every month is the normal meetings of FOSPA.We incur averagely Four Hundred Thousand Cedis (400,000) monthly in order to successfully carry out the meeting. Cost drivers are as follows: *Resource Persons *Hiring of meeting place *3 days FM announcement prior to general meeting *Refreshment
QUARTERLY PROGRAMS
To sensitise the general public about fruitful business ventures and effective entreprenuership skills.This NGO has designed well package on workshops for small scale business men and women within Kumasi metropolis. Average amount invested into this package is Five Hundred Thousand Cedis only!(500,000).
ANNUAL PROGRAMS
(1)The NGO is having a strong desire to organise sensitisation program on business courses or on any other touching subject for all the final year second cycle institutions between 15th and 30th june each year. (2)To hold programs on HIV/AIDS,Indiscipline,etc.in the various schools.

There is going to be FOSPA 2nd meeting in the year 2003.Date:9th feb, 2003 Venue:E.N.T auditorium(Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital) Time:3pm to 5pm Agenda: unfolding how members can make money,Dinner,Excursion,Program for Prempeh College,A.O.B It is compulsory for all students on scholarship to attend meetings,failure to do so with no tangible reason to the executives prior to the meeting day will summarilly terminate such an assistance. On the other hand,the executives have resolved that,if a student wish to continue lectures,he/she has to pay one hundred thousand cedis(100,000) as penalty.

1.FOSPA Membership forms were shown to all members and non members to be bought at fifty thousand cedis(50,000) 2.Discussion on the timing of FOSPA program slated for next year. March was the agreed date. Date and the program line up to come up later.3.Matriculation ceremony which falls on 18th jan 2003. Students on FOSPA scholarship formally admitted into school in 27th Jan.2003. 4.Ushering of executives formally into office,at Sambra/E.N.T Auditorium.(Dinner stage),the date will be confirmed on our next meeting. 5.Part of FOSPA Articles read and explained to members.The full document of Articles comes to the website soon(fospa.itgo.com) 6.tour and excursion discussed. places of interest in kumasi-Otumfuo palace, the museum, factories etc. 7.T-shirts to be made for members with FOSPA inscription.
Questions and Remarks from meeting
Question from Darko-member:how does he attends meeting if he's in school? Answered by Virginia (Executive member); has to sacrifice and try to come because we only meet once a month.C.E.O's remarks: Emphasised the seriousness and dynamism with which members should attend meetings. (Treasurer)-members have to be regular at meetings as much as possible. (Secretary)-A need to contribute money towards the dinner in march. (President)-putting together our own meals will cut down cost of sponsoring dinner.
OTHER ISSUES DISCUSSED
a.the need for all members to acquire E-mail addresses as urgently as possile. b.membears will contribute thirty thousand cedis (30,000)each towards the dinner program. c.those who do not attend meetings without plausible excuse would pay two thousand cedis(2,000)each for absenteeism.
