NOTICE TO THE EXECUTIVES
Executives are supposed to go for sittings every 1st and 2nd saturdays of the month aside emergency meetings.Executive member will pay ten thousand cedis(10 000) for absenteeism without any tangible reason prior to the meeting day :

Date : 1st and 2nd saturday of every month

Time : 12noon exactly!

Venue : at the office

Executives are also reminded to pay their dues on time as a sign of good leadership
