ORIGINATION OF FOSPA
Foundation Of Saving People Association,a local NGO was borne as a result of the founder,upon his thorough research in the Ghana educational system and the living standard of the people revealed that, greater number of people discontinue their school after JSS or SSS and even cannot pursue education to its highest level due to the following reasons:
1.Financial constraints
2.Poor performance,etc.

But the question is "does it mean these categories of people are good for nothing in the society"? the founder was then prompted by this wise sayings 'Development of a nation depends upon the in-depth knowledge of its citizens' of which we neglect the fact that,knowledge is power.Because of knowledge,America is now the seventh ruler of the earth.

This NGO is in to help people study FREE in order to achieve their goals in life. FOSPA is bunded by CONSTITUTION and ARTICLES which spells out duties,aims/objectives,activities,projects(RDPs),leadership concepts,minor and major programs etc.

FOSPA is divided into two departments : 'TRAINING and EDUCATION'

Apart from education,FOSPA do concentrates on health and agriculture issues in Ghana.

 PRIMA FACIE AIM OF THE NGO
a*To give expert career councelling to all categories of students.
b*Transfer of currencies on behalf of all individual distance learning studentsoverseas(we accept cedi notes).
c*Sending members overseas for youth programs,volunteering works,exchange programs,community works etc.

d*Issuing of scholarship to students in all fields especially,on SSS program,JSS graduates,remedial students,poly students, teachers,undergraduates,university graduates,workers,UK courses like:ACCA,CAT,LCCI,ICA,ACIB,IFA,IPFM,MCIM,CIPS etc.
e*To embark on HIV/AIDS campaign throughout the country
f*To be community base oriented in terms of development

MEMBERSHIP
